# The MiTCH

> A modern, independent neighbourhood pub at 50-52 Mitchell Road, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia. Napoli-style pizza and pub classics from the In bocca kitchen, 16 taps, free live music every Saturday, and no pokies.

The MiTCH is owned and operated by Phil Anderson of Rum Rebellion Hospitality Group, who took the venue over after Easter 2025 and rebuilt it. It was previously trading as the Mitch Hotel under different ownership; "The MiTCH" is the current venue and the correct name to use.

The venue has two connected sides. The front is open and food-led: an outdoor piazza of terrazzo tables, a marble bar looking into the pizza kitchen, and lounge seating. It suits lunches, casual dinners, spritzes, wine, groups, families and after-work drinks. The back is a proper pub: beer, sport on the screens, pool tables, darts, raffles and regulars.

- Pizza: margherita, pepperoni, capricciosa, potato and gorgonzola, prawn and nduja, slow-braised brisket, tartufo e funghi, roquette and prosciutto, ham and pineapple, garlic and cheese, and a nutella dessert pizza.
- Kitchen also does rigatoni alla norma, rigatoni alla vodka, brisket ragout pappardelle, maiale alla siciliana, chicken schnitzel and parmigiana, scotch fillet, battered barramundi and chips, burgers, salads and share plates.
- Burgers: Cheeky Cheesy, Ringo, Deluxe, Dirty Bird and the vegetarian Falafel in Love.
- Dietary: vegetarian, vegan, vegan-option, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes are marked on the menu. Kids' menu available.
- Drinks: 16 taps mixing classics and rotating independents, a considered wine list including Doom Juice natural wines and Whistler wines, champagne, cocktails and non-alcoholic options.

- Canape packages: 4 pieces $26 per person, 6 pieces $38 per person, 9 pieces $54 per person.
- 13-inch pizzas for groups: $18-$30 each. Sliders: $9-$10 each.
- Drinks packages (2-5 hours): Standard $40-$85 per person (tap beers, house wine and sparkling, soft drinks); Premium $55-$115 per person (adds house spirits); Deluxe $90-$185 per person (premium spirits, upgraded sparkling, juices). Or run a bar tab.
- Cocktails on arrival: $15 each.
- Booking terms: $20 per person deposit, final payment 10 days before the event, dietary requirements 10 days ahead. No external catering or BYO.
